By connecting with the IT systems across primary, secondary, community and mental health services, as well as social care, and taking a copy of the data, PKB enables one consolidated and patient-owned record.
HTN Digital Week will provide everyone with an opportunity to share and collaborate on digital health. The week utilises digital channels including: Webinars, Online seminars, Ebooks, Opinion pieces, Social media, Discussions, Questions and answers, Blogs and Videos, Digital Magazine and Live Updates.
