HTN Digital Week is sponsored by Patients Know Best (PKB), a patient-controlled record that is delivered as an Integrated Digital Care Record (IDCR) and patient portal, hosted on the HSCN (N3) network and available on any internet enabled device. By connecting with the IT systems across primary, secondary, community and mental health services, as well as social care, and taking a copy of the data, PKB enables one consolidated and patient-owned record.

HTN Digital Week will provide everyone with an opportunity to share and collaborate on digital health. The week utilises digital channels including: Webinars, Online seminars, Ebooks, Opinion pieces, Social media, Discussions, Questions and answers, Blogs and Videos, Digital Magazine and Live Updates.
