NHS Digital’s Daniel Ray named second in dataIQ top 100

NHS Digital’s Daniel Ray has been named the second most influential data and analytics practitioner in the UK by dataIQ’s top 100 list.

The dataIQ list is the only fully-curated power list of data and analytics practitioners in the UK, with nominations from across both public and private sectors involved in every industry.

Taking the top spot in the list was Orlando Machado, Chief data scientist from Aviva Quantum.

Also making the list was Michelle de Souza, Chief data officer from Age UK, Ciara Bosworth, Head of CRM and data from British Heart Foundation and Orlando Agrippa, Chief executive officer, Draper & Dash.

Daniel Ray, Director of Data at NHS Digital, said: “I am extremely honoured to be named in dataIQ’s top 100 list.  This is testament to the power of teamwork; delivery is always about people and the team effort to gain success.”
