NHSX the organisation leading on digital transformation for the NHS and social care is looking to embed NHSX people in NHS trusts.
The move aims to help the organisation understand how best to support the frontline in buying and building health tech.
Iain O’Neil, Acting Digital Transformation Director, NHSX said”If your trust wants to be involved in shaping this please get in touch. We want to co-create something that works for you.”
The organisation has focused heavily on listening to the industry since its formal launch in July 2019. The organisation held a listening event shortly after its launch where innovators were asked: ‘If NHSX and partners were to focus on one or two things, what do you think are the most important priorities?’. NHSX then published its insight and learnings here, and HTN also asked the industry for their views in our HTN Industry View: NHSX Listening Report here.
The response to NHSX has been largely positive since their inception and the response to NHSX people to work closer with NHS Trusts has been positive:
We are looking to embed NHSX people in NHS trusts to help us understand how best to support the frontline in buying/building tech. If your trust wants to be involved in shaping this please get in touch. We want to co-create something that works for you! #nhs @NHSX https://t.co/YLQVjIumH2
