Specialist health tech agency sponsors #HealthTechToShoutAbout category for the second year

HTN is pleased to welcome Highland Marketing, the specialist health tech agency, as the #HealthTechToShoutAbout category sponsor in the Health Tech Awards 2020, for the second year.

The innovative Health Tech Awards 2020, now in the fourth year, celebrate great technology and innovation making a difference across health and care.

Each entry into the awards is entered into the #HealthTechToShoutAbout category, where Highland Marketing’s independent advisory board, and led by industry veteran Jeremy Nettle, will chose the winner.

Last year, the judges picked University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust as the winner, for its work on My Medical Record, an online service that connects patients and hospital specialists.

The judges argued MyMR shifts power to patients, supports pathway redesign and the creation of new, digitally-enabled ways of working and, critically, could be adopted by other trusts. This year, they will also be looking for projects that benefit the NHS, staff or patients – and have repeatable value.

Susan Venables, co-founder and client services director at Highland Marketing, said “Last year’s Health Tech Awards attracted some inspiring entries from organisations and individuals who are leaders in their field.”

“It was a real pleasure to be able to read them while preparing for the judging of the #HealthTechToShoutAbout category, and to see how much being recognised meant to those involved.”

“We knew very early on that we would want to be involved again this year, so we are glad to have been given the opportunity to work with HTN on this year’s awards.”
