Hyland acquires robotic process automation provider Another Monday

Hyland, an information management company, has acquired Another Monday, a Germany-based robotic process automation (RPA) software developer.

The company supports over 19,000 organisations across the world manage their content digitally. One of their customers in the UK is Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, who adopted the OnBase solution to manage clinical and non-clinical documents.

Hyland said the acquisition is part of its automation strategy to address many business challenges.
