HTN Now January may have come to a close but, here at HTN, preparations are already underway for our next event in April!
The second HTN Now event for 2021 will run from 13 – 16 April, and once again, offers speakers from across the industry the opportunity to discuss their programmes, learnings, approach and advice through a series of live sessions.
HTN Now’s January event saw sessions by a range of speakers including Dr Peter Thomas of Moorfields Eye Hospital, Jessica Hicks of Arden & GEM and Jason Pickles from NHS England and NHS Improvement. Topics varied from the benefits of 5G in ambulances to overviews of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic from different hospitals. We also had the opportunity to speak with the 20 SMEs selected as part of Digital Health London’s Accelerator programme and published the interviews to our social media.
The January event most notably concluded with the ceremony for the HTN Now Awards 2021, which saw nominees from seven categories vying to see their health tech innovation crowned the winner. A full list of winners and the ceremony in its entirety can be viewed on the HTN website.
HTN Now April promises to be equally as jam-packed as we unveil a roster of speakers ranging from the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust to the Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust. Registration is free for NHS and public sector workers, as are all HTN Now events throughout the year and we would love for you to join us. The registration form can be found here.
In addition to a multitude of guest speakers, we’ll also be sharing two sessions’ worth of video interviews to discuss the digital programmes being implemented by various healthcare teams, and the views, experiences and perspectives they all have to offer.
