RLDatix acquires 365 Response

RLDatix has announced the acquisition of 365 Response, a technology business supporting NHS, local authorities and private transport providers.

The move to acquire the SaaS provider for ‘mission critical transport management’ is said to ‘strengthen RLDatix’s capabilities across governance, risk and compliance’.

The 365 Response platform supports healthcare organisations to manage patient and non-patient transport, and helps organisations to plan, dispatch, track and trace their people, vehicles and passengers.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, however it is expected that the deal will be completed in the next few weeks, pending regulatory approval. This will take RLDatix to a combined total of 5,000 customers in 26 countries, with over 1,400 staff based in the United Kingdom, United States, Republic of Ireland, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Sweden and North Macedonia.

HTN last reported on the company in June 2021, when RLDatix added Allocate, the workforce planning and management software, to its portfolio.

Jeff Surges, CEO, RLDatix, said: “Transport in a health and care setting is mission critical to the smooth running of organisations as well as to the patient experience.

“By bringing 365 Response’s resource scheduling capabilities together with RLDatix’s leading people planning, safety and GRC solutions, we have an opportunity to further support our customers as they seek out smart ways to deliver safer care effectively and efficiently.”

Brendan Fatchett, CEO, 365 Response, added: “We created 365 Response so we could deliver a transformational end-to-end digital solution that makes difficult transport easy.

“This has been the passion and focus of our team and something we’re incredibly proud to have delivered to our customers. We’re honoured to join RLDatix  and look forward to contributing to their mission of making healthcare safer.”
