The Devon Partnership NHS Trust has gone live with TPP’s SystmOne Mental Health electronic patient record system.
The mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity services provider joins local organisations Torbay & South Devon NHS Trust, NHS Devon ICB and Livewell Southwest, who use the system, with Children and Family Health Devon expected to launch the EPR in 2024.
One of the aims of the ten-year collaboration is to allow for the “unification of electronic patient records and standardisation of care pathways”, to support One Devon’s ambition of delivering joined up care.
Rafael Sorribas, chief information officer at Devon Partnership NHS Trust, commented on the go-live: “Three days after go live with a minimum safe configuration, we’re progressing quickly beyond those initial challenges of transition and using a stable EPR providing clear and obvious opportunities to benefit the people who use our collective services. We have much more to explore and features to exploit across Devon as we work together to redefine our boundaries and relationships in support of our population.”
