7 May: how to leverage the Microsoft national tenant and tech from OX.DH for virtual consultations
In this webinar (12pm – 12:30pm), we will be joined by John Kosobucki, CEO of OX.DH, to learn how to utilise the Microsoft national tenant and technology from OX.DH for virtual consultations and virtual waiting rooms.
We’ll hear how healthcare providers have utilised the solution; discuss the clinical experience, patient engagement and activation; what to consider with virtual consultation projects; and how integration can be key to success.
14 May: empowering the digital workforce, building an Operational Control Centre, and digital integrated care systems
On 14 May we have a day of content centring around digital integrated care systems, including two panel discussions and a webinar.
The first panel will be taking place at 10am, focusing on strategies for empowering a digital workforce, with conversation covering how to engage with the workforce as well as how to support the development of digital skills.
At 1pm, we’ll be joined by the NHS England blueprinting team along with Sue Houston and Sue Luff from Kent and Medway ICS, to discuss the blueprint for the Operational Control Centre. In April 2021 Kent and Medway ICS transitioned their COVID Incident Coordination Centre to an Operational Control Centre model to support the operational response to emerging incidents across regional health and care providers. In this session, we’ll hear how they designed a clinically-informed escalation management process in conjunction with a visual whole-system monitoring, to enable the region to collaborate and utilise system capacity more effectively and positively impacted patient flow and safety.
The second panel of the day on 14 May will take place at 2pm, with discussion centring on digital integrated care systems – from ICS digital and data strategies, to how to tackle challenges from an ICS perspective and how to identify ICS-wide digital and data solutions.
15 May: getting the most out of your EPR
In this panel, taking place at 12pm, we will be discussing how to add value to your EPR, and EPR optimisation. HTN and digital healthcare leaders will be discussing what EPR optimisation looks like, where you can start, important considerations, what good looks like for EPRs, what the role of an EPR could be in 10 years’ time, and how an organisation can get there.
