UK-based health tech company, VitalHub has announced the acquisition of digital software company, Induction Healthcare.
The announcement details the suppliers focus on “enhancing the patient journey from hospital to home, across the UK and beyond”, with Induction Healthcare’s patient platforms, Zesty and Attend Anyway “playing a pivotal role in modernising care delivery and patient engagement”.
By connecting directly to major hospital systems, Zesty reportedly provides patients with “seamless appointment management, digital communication, pre-visit questionnaires, video consultations, and more”, while Attend Anywhere helps to turn video consultations into “a routine part of care delivery”, the company stated.
Speaking on the acquisition, Mike Sanders, CEO of VitalHub UK, said: “We are excited to welcome Induction Healthcare into the VitalHub family. Their solutions are highly regarded across the NHS and directly align with our mission to enable better-connected, more efficient healthcare.
