Join us for the first ever HTN Digital Primary Care Conference 2021 on Wednesday, 4th August 2021!
The one-day virtual conference kicks off at 8.30am, with an innovation session from communications specialist X-on, followed by our keynote speaker Dr Nikki Kanani, Medical Director for Primary Care for NHS England and NHS Improvement, who will speak on the future of general practice. Picking up the baton for our morning talks next is Dr Osman Bhatti, who will provide the GP view as a data controller for patient information.
The event then splits into three. The first session focuses on an innovation from Eva Health, exploring their flu vaccination workflow tool. We’re also delighted to welcome the team from NHSX: Dr Nisha Mehta, Clinical Director for Digital Primary Care, Dr Damian Williams, Clinical Lead, and Helen Crowther QN, Clinical Nurse Lead – Digital Primary Care, for a live session. Our third session then focuses on the delivery of online lifestyle programmes, with Surrey Heartlands CCG.
For our second keynote of the day, we are joined by Dr Minal Bakhai, Clinical Director for Digital First Primary Care at NHS England and NHS Improvement, for a talk on digital first primary care.
After some spent time using our virtual networking tool to meet other delegates, we then welcome three innovation sessions. We will hear from TPP on what’s on the horizon for digital primary care, Iatro Partners on managing inbound demand through practice websites, and CCube Solutions on the options for managing Lloyd George records digitally.
But that’s not all, as we close with a panel featuring Dr Hussain Gandhi, TPP, X-on, CCube Solutions and Dr Osman Bhatti.
As always, the HTN team will be covering each session and will publish review articles after the event, to enable you to catch up on anything you may have missed.
The conference is completely free to attend for any NHS employee – we would love for you to join us. Please register, here.
