Donna Rowell (Director of Transformation, Medway and Swale) from the NHS Kent and Medway ICB region will present an overview of their Medway & Swale Health Hub covered in Kent and Medway eHub Programme Blueprint. 

This Blueprint covers how Kent and Medway ICB reviewed alternative methodologies to manage the high volume of digital demand on local GP Practices to manage online consultations. The eHub programme is an innovative solution which is clinically led and models a new operating model at scale. It is known locally as the Medway & Swale Health Hub (M&SHH) and has now successfully moved into a Business as Usual (BAU) service.
