Assessing Digital Maturity and building Digital Maturity Roadmaps

Digital Maturity seems to be the phrase of the day with references to ‘Digital Maturity Assessment’, ‘Digital Capabilities Framework’, ‘HIMSS’, ‘Level 5’, ‘EMRAM’ and ‘INFRAM’ being liberally thrown around. But what are these; how do they compare or interrelate; and how can they be navigated to build Digital Maturity Roadmaps?

Ideal Health will lead this session exploring the current assessment methods and demonstrating how they can be used to articulate priorities within your organisation. Participants will understand the strengths and weaknesses of the different assessment methodologies, where and when they are most effectively used, and how best to utilise the outputs.

Presenter: Zachary Swann, Practice Managing Director, Ideal Health
