The prestigious HTN Primary Care Awards celebrate GP practices, primary care networks, integrated care boards and suppliers, who have delivered improvement in primary care.

The awards provide a platform to share innovations, solutions, case studies, collaborations and projects to help shape future services and systems across health and care.

ENTERING

For each entry it is important to address your approach, the challenge you tackled, and what you achieved.

The awards are completely open to anyone. There are no restrictions on when your project happened or its current status (for example, whether it is presently at pilot stage).

The awards are completely digital, with a showcase of the projects entering the awards on 14 February, here finalists also receive a finalist logo and certificate shared for you to showcase your success. The awards evening is online, through video, to celebrate the entires and find out who wins the famous ‘H’ HTN trophies. Here, winners are showcase across the HTN network.
