HTN Now: Transformation in Women’s health; the role of digital and data to meet healthcare needs and support transformation

5 February  2025 10:00 – 11:00

Join HTN and digital leaders for this panel discussion on transformation in Women’s health.

In this session, we’ll consider the role of digital in women’s health, debating some of the key priorities and areas for the application of digital tools, as well as barriers to tech in women’s health, and the future outlook for digital in this area of healthcare.

We’ll look at how digital can help to drive equality in areas such as access, and how it can be used in the personalisation of care, along with how we can ensure that the development and design of digital tools or initiatives takes into account cultural differences and the diverse needs of women globally.

With help from our expert panellists, we’ll look to examples of good practice in digital women’s health, and focus on the main priorities when it comes to harnessing digital for advancing our understanding and treatment of women’s health issues.

Panellists include:

  • Saima Sharif, NHS obstetrician & gynaecologist, North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust and digital/AI adopter for women’s health
  • Katherine Church, CTO, British Pregnancy Advisory Service
  • Dr Nikita Kanani MBE, Aneira Health
  • Sally Mole, senior digital programme manager – digital portfolio delivery team at The Dudley Group
