Digital programmes at Greater Manchester Mental Health – Co-developing digital health software for people with long term conditions

CFHealthHub is a digital self-care and behaviour change platform, extensively co-designed with people with Cystic Fibrosis.  It is now embedded in over 60% of adult Cystic Fibrosis units in the UK.   We will talk about the development of CFHealthHub from a digital health software perspective and describe how the resulting digital platform can provide adherence and behaviour change support to multiple other long term conditions.

Global Digital Exemplar Evaluation 

The Global Digital Exemplar (GDE) programme was launched in 2016 with the aim of accelerating digitisation across the NHS by investing in selected digitally advanced trusts and sharing their experience and learning across the health system.

Five years on, and as the first sites begin to achieve GDE accreditation for meeting all the requirements of the national programme, the independent evaluation is complete with insights, recommendations, reflections and learning for the health and care sector.
