With NHS digital agendas becoming more focused on implementing emerging technology, such as machine learning and predictive analytics, a new professional development healthcare data science and machine learning programme has been launched.
Exclusively for HTN readers the programme combines a set of training content to develop individuals and NHS teams as they work to truly drive change and transformation in healthcare.
The programme includes an introduction to data science and machine learning in healthcare, best practice use cases and the techniques you need to really understand what your data is telling you. The sessions include an introduction to R with machine learning concepts, detecting patterns, decision trees and understanding clustering algorithms.
This Machine Learning in Healthcare Training Programme is for healthcare focused BI/Information teams, analysts, developers and consultants with the aim of developing a fundamental understanding of machine learning, and its practical application in healthcare.
