NHS Shared Business Services is to launch a Digital Healthcare Advisory services framework for health and care providers, worth an estimated £500 million.
The framework intends to provide specialist digital consultancy and advisory services, to include design, application, delivery and management of digital technologies.
Acting on behalf of approved organisations, NHS SBS has opened the opportunity to form a framework agreement for services across four lots. The lots include: specialist clinical and healthcare digital consultancy; clinical and digital health delivery and augmentation; clinical data science & population health analytics; and digital skills in healthcare.
The first lot focuses on specialist clinical and healthcare digital consultancy, to provide “services related to the design, application, delivery and management of digital technologies within a clinical and healthcare environment”.
Lot two, for clinical and digital health delivery and augmentation, aims to provide “services to support and develop the transformation of digital services, systems and application capabilities”.
For clinical data science & population health analytics, providers are expected to deliver services to “advise and support the development of data architecture and information management structures and strategies”.
Finally, the digital skills in healthcare lot is for specialist services that enable the “upskilling and development of technical and related skills to the digital workforce”.
It is expected that the framework will run to April 2025, with a possible extension of two years.
The deadline to apply is 21 April 2023. To view the tender opportunity, please click here.
