HTN is delighted to announce the launch of the HTN Primary Care Awards 25/26, back for a second year to celebrate innovation, transformation and digital in primary care.
Providing a platform for sharing innovations, case studies, collaborations and solutions that have made a difference in primary care, the awards programme celebrates GP practices, primary care networks, integrated care boards, innovators and suppliers.
Here’s what you need to know:
- The entry deadline is 4 February 2026 at 23:59
- Finalists will be announced on 25 February 2026
- The digital awards evening will follow on 11 March 2026
Want to get involved? The HTN Primary Care Awards are open to anyone with no restrictions on when your project happened or its current status.

- Best use of AI in primary care
- Digital solution of the year
- Best use of data in primary care
- Primary care partnership of the year
- Innovation in primary care
- Moving from reactive to proactive care project of the year
