“We’re providing a space for digital and healthcare leaders to come together and be part of delivering an event that provides insight, outcomes, and thought provoking discussion. HTNLive is idea-challenging, and provides what we do best – practical focused discussion,” Jon Wilson from HTN said. “That’s what HTNLive is all about. It’s designed to inspire insightful discussions and support digital innovation in health and care through meaningful collaborations across the sector. Both Rackspace Technology and HTN have come together to deliver that, along with 100 leaders participating during the day.”
Matt Moore, Healthcare Director, Rackspace Technology, commented: “Over the last year we’ve been working closely with HTN to explore the challenges and opportunities facing digital leaders in the NHS. HTNLive offers a chance to work through those issues together – particularly the growing need to balance long-term IT strategy with rising expectations around technologies like AI. We’re keen to be part of the conversations that help shape clearer digital priorities to support shared goals, like delivering the NHS Long Term Plan.”

HTN’s recent collaborations with Rackspace Technology
In our latest ICS region series, we spoke with Matt Moore, director of healthcare at Rackspace Technology, to discuss EPR hosting in the South West. “We help remove barriers to progress – whether it’s digital maturity gaps, legacy tech debt, or simply the uncertainty around what’s possible,” Matt said.
At Digital Health Rewired 2025, we also attended a session led by Jason Jones, the Global Customer Manager for Healthcare at Rackspace Technology. Read our write-up to find out how Rackspace Technology helped transform an acute and community health NHS trust based in the South East of England.
We also spoke with Owen Powell, ICT director at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, who shared his experience of the trust’s move to cloud infrastructure with the support of Rackspace Technology.
