We are excited to launch the HTN Primary Care Awards, celebrating GP practices, primary care networks, integrated care boards and suppliers who have delivered improvement in the primary care space!
This awards programme provides a platform through which we aim to share innovations, case studies, collaborations and solutions which have made a difference, and shine a spotlight on the breadth of innovative thinking and hard work happening across primary care.
To get involved in the HTN Primary Care Awards, you can submit a project or programme to one of eight categories, telling us about your approach, the challenge you were tackling, and what you achieved. Here are the categories you can choose from:
- GP practice of the year
- PCN of the year
- Digital solution of the year
- Patient engagement and communication initiative of the year
- Best use of data
- Primary care partnership of the year
- Clinical improvement in primary care
- Primary care case study of the year

The deadline for entering is 17 January 2025 at midnight. We’ll be announcing our finalists on 14 February, followed by the winners’ announcement on 6 March.
