This session will focus on some of the ways NHS trusts are currently utilising communication technologies and patient portals, and will discuss the opportunity for these technologies and how these technologies can evolve. 

We’ll discuss adoption, engagement, the use of AI and automation technologies, functionality and the future role of patient portals and communication tech in tackling NHS challenges. We’ll also ask what does good look like now and in the 5 years?
