10:00 – Telephony as part of the digital front door – X-on Health

In this session we focus on the ‘digital primary care front door’ and cloud telephony.

We welcome X-on Health for a session to share how advanced cloud telephony improves the patient and practice experience by providing much more than a phone system. The team will go on to share how Surgery Connect offers a range of features to enhance patient care navigation to help with capacity and reduce the demand within primary care.
