Satisfaction rates of clinicians using an EPR can vary by as much as 62%1 within the same hospital according to one KLAS research study.  Another study by KLAS indicated that 88%2 of clinicians who were very satisfied with their EPR were likely stay with their current employer. Both of these figures demonstrate just how important it is to optimise the EPR, and the long-term benefits of getting it right.
