PA Consulting, an innovation and transformation consultancy, has been awarded a contract to support the preparation of the merger of NHS Digital, NHSX, Health Education England and NHS England.
The contract award, published 4 April 2022, will see the consultancy company work on ‘the initial phase of work’ for 6-9 months.
Split into three parts, the project will include ‘programme management’, ‘baselining/detailed assessment of the existing functions of each organisation’, and ‘organisational design work to determine how the four organisations will come together’ as part of its future working model.
The notice states the contract started 18 February 2022 and is due to end on 31 October 2022, worth a total of £1,985,400.
