An exciting opportunity has arisen for a .NET Web Application/Systems developer for PCMIS Health Technologies Limited at the University of York, one of the UK’s leading universities.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team, to help develop and advance digital health technology within the mental health and related health care sectors.
PCMIS Health Technologies Ltd is a subsidiary company of the University of York. With strong links to the Mental Health and Addictions Research Group within the university’s Department of Health Sciences, we have a proven track record of translating cutting edge, evidence-based research into impactful technology solutions.
Role
You will play a key role in helping to make a difference to public wellbeing through the development and support of our flagship Patient Case Management Information System (PCMIS), integrated web services, and patient portal technologies. Our health technology solutions are designed to support health care services capturing and managing a range of patient and treatment data, reporting on outcomes, service performance and health worker utilisation. You will be working towards a common goal of helping to improve care whilst streamlining service performance.
Working closely with the Lead Developer, existing PCMIS team and health care services, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of web based digital health applications for both clinicians and patients, across our broad client base in the UK and Australia.
Skills, Experience & Qualification needed
You will have experience of developing, deploying and supporting innovative solutions, ideally in a digital health environment, be customer focused with good organisational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
The post is an open contract (permanent), the salary is in the range £32,817- £38,017
The post is full time and the hours of work are 37 a week.
