HTN is delighted to announce that Dr Nikki Kanani will be delivering a keynote on the future of General Practice at the upcoming HTN Digital Primary Care Conference 2021, which will take place on 4 August 2021.
Dr Kanani, a GP in south east London and the Medical Director for Primary Care for NHS England and NHS Improvement, will be opening the conference. Prior to joining NHS England, Dr Kanani was also Chief Clinical Officer of the NHS Bexley Clinical Commissioning Group. She will provide and elaborate on our overarching theme for the event, which focuses on the future of general practice.
HTN has teamed up with Dr Hussain Gandhi and Dr Andrew Foster, two Nottingham-based GPs, to curate Digital Primary Care 2021, a one-day conference to support a digital general practice.
The agenda will provide practical, educational and informative sessions, focused around digital solutions, approaches and examples, to develop skills and learn from others. Any primary care professional can discover, learn, explore and shape the future of digital general practice together. The event is also free to attend for anyone in general practice.
Digital Primary Care 2021 will provide a series of conference streams for practice staff, CCGs, PCNs and wider leaders in this area. We plan for digital and the future of general practice to be the main focus, but also to provide practical sessions for and from primary care staff to share and educate others.
