HTN is pleased to announce the launch of the HTN Primary Care Awards to recognise, share and celebrate how digital solutions are transforming the primary care sector, including GP practices, primary care networks, integrated care boards and suppliers.
Providing a platform for sharing innovations, case studies, collaborations and solutions which have made a difference, the awards programme shines a light on the hard work and breadth of innovative thinking across primary care.
Want to get involved? The HTN Primary Care Awards are open to anyone and offer eight different categories for your consideration. Here’s a quick rundown:
- GP practice of the year
- PCN of the year
- Digital solution of the year
- Patient engagement and communication initiative of the year
- Best use of data
- Primary care partnership of the year
- Clinical improvement in primary care
- Primary care case study of the year
To enter, simply select the most appropriate category for your project or programme, then provide a summary telling us about your approach, the challenge you were tackling and what you achieved.

- The deadline for entering is 30 January 2025 at midnight.
- Finalist will be announced on 14 February 2025.
- Winners will be announced on 6 March 2025.
